Im not going to try to tell you guys what to do with your site but what I think we need here is a fan art section where we could make suggestions about character and logo designs.

Over on the DoomServ website, (http://www.doomserv2000.com/index2.html) a contest is being held until the end of July for fan-art. Because it is specifically for a DoomServ t-shirt, you must include the name DoomServ and the URL in your pic. Since the last revision, you are allowed to use any scene you want, even an explicit one, and this is a neat chance to get your art on a t-shirt! You are allowed to enter as many times as you want. If you win, you receive the t-shirt for free.

What? are you trying to become a Doomed Space Marine, McBaine? Try a search engine for those novels. Maybe you can get em at amazon.com. Then again your modem might not be fast enough.

Yeah, there are four novels based directly on Doom and slightly on Doom ][, and then run off into their own plots that really stink. The authors are Dafydd ab Hugh, and Brad Linaweaver, and the titles are Doom: Knee Deep In the Dead; Doom: Hell On Earth; Doom: Infernal Sky; and Doom: Endgame. Each is 245 to 250 pages long. The books are (C) 1995-1996 id Software, and are published by Pocket Books. Be forewarned: The binding on these books was done TERRIBLY...so if you are not careful, they fall apart while you are reading them!

I am sick of that s^$t . id software dudes are gonna take one fraggin look at all this non interesting , nothin to do with Doom crud and say , to hell with this place .

Zack , i think when you talk Doom , man you really talk Doom , and its interesting . So please lets do just that . Did you like my story idea ? Maybe i will wait for this new fan friction thing before posting more . But how long do i have to wait . Hell , you wrote some story stuff here as well . If you had waited too for this fan fraction jobby , you would have gone insane by now . I have ideas and want to share em with ya all . Input sure would help .

I only posted one story, and that was at least one day before the mods announced a fanfic/fanart site. I am considering writing more, but it'll be tough to do so, as I am without a word processor. As for fan art, I still have to work on my submission to the DoomServ t-shirt contest!

Don't worry DD, i'm sure the fan-fic section will open soon enough.
