I took a quick look at this wad recently - it seemed quite interesting. Innovative, at least.

its pretty good, i just cant get the dehacked patch that turns supercharge into a ball to work

It's a binary dehacked patch, which ports don't seem to like. I opened it with dehacked.exe and saved it in text format. It's quite small, so I've just pasted it in here. First time I've done that, but it should work, and indeed it seems to (I've just tested it with Eternity). Copy and paste it into Notepad, and save as (e.g.) db2_gold.deh, and use it as normal with your preferred port (edit: unless your preferred port is prboom, in which case use your second preference - the ball doesn't teleport in prboom).
