That's just whacked? When you become a forum regular at 60 posts you can upload your own avatar. No spamming to get there either.

Actually I think the custom title comes at 60 days registered and you also have to have 300 posts. Thats if its the same as before the boards went down.

I dont know how Phoebus reset that.
